ASPYR ATHLETIC WEAR - Brand Ambassador Policy

The ASPYR Brand Ambassador Policy outlines the terms, expectations, and structure of our ambassador program. This page is intended for informational purposes only and does not serve as an application portal.

 

Program Overview


The ASPYR Brand Ambassador Program allows eligible individuals to promote ASPYR Athletic Wear and earn commission through a unique promotional code. The program is designed to reward community members who actively represent the brand and its values through authentic promotion.

 

1. Eligibility

 

Open to individuals with a relevant and active online presence (e.g., social media, blogs, YouTube, etc.).

No purchase is necessary to join.

Participants must align with ASPYR’s mission and uphold brand values at all times.

 

2. Commission Structure

Ambassadors earn a 10% commission on all sales made using their custom promo code.

Commissions are issued as store credit redeemable only on aspyrathleticwear.com.

Commissions are reviewed and issued every 2 weeks.

Store credit is non-transferable and holds no cash value.

 

3. Promo Code Policy

Each ambassador will be assigned or allowed to choose a unique promo code.

Only sales completed using this code will be counted toward commissions.

Personal use of your own promo code is strictly prohibited.

Promo codes must not be used in spam, misleading content, or on unrelated platforms.

 

4. Free Product Samples

ASPYR does not provide free products to new or first-time ambassadors.

Individuals with a verifiable history in ambassador or affiliate programs may contact us at team@aspyrathleticwear@gmail.com for potential collaboration discussions.

 

 

5. TikTok Shop Affiliate Program

ASPYR also offers a separate TikTok Shop Affiliate Program.

This program includes free product samples and percentage-based sales commission via TikTok Shop.

Participation in the TikTok Shop program is by approval only. For details, email team@aspyrathleticwear@gmail.com.

 

6. Code of Conduct

All ambassadors are expected to:

Accurately represent ASPYR and its products.

Avoid misleading claims, unethical behavior, or content that violates platform guidelines.

Maintain professionalism and align with the brand’s message of discipline, resilience, and progression.
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the program.

8. Ambassador Tier Ranking System

At ASPYR, we’ve built a performance-based ranking system designed to reward consistency, growth, and brand alignment. Every approved member of our Ambassador Program begins at Tier 3 – Brand Ambassador (Silver Rank) and has the opportunity to rise through the ranks based on their performance and impact.

We believe in equal opportunity, and our ranking system reflects that. Every ambassador, regardless of following size or background, has the ability to advance by showing dedication, consistency, and promotional success.

[Tier 3] – Brand Ambassador (Silver Rank)

  • Starting rank for all new ambassadors

  • 10% store credit commission on approved referral orders

  • Exclusive discounts and early access to select product drops

  • Access to marketing tools and community content

  • Opportunity to level up after hitting 10 approved referral orders

[Tier 2] – Brand Athlete (Gold Rank)

  • Unlocked automatically after 10 confirmed referral orders

  • 10% paid commission via PayPal

  • Access to one-time complimentary item from a new release (contact support to claim)

  • Early access to upcoming launches

  • Athlete-exclusive discount codes and continued growth support

[Tier 1] – Sponsored Athlete (Diamond Rank)

  • Invitation-only, based on top-level performance and consistent brand representation

  • 15% paid commission on referral orders

  • Sponsored Gear Package with free items from each new drop

  • Access to brand photoshoots, content collaborations, and exclusive opportunities

  • Additional performance-based and undisclosed sponsorship perks

We actively track the performance of all ambassadors and athletes based on content quality, consistency, referral activity, and alignment with our brand values.

If selected for sponsorship, you will be contacted directly by our team. We do not accept sponsorship requests or applications.

We’re proud to offer a system that reflects effort and rewards those who show up with discipline — on and off the platform.

9. Ambassador Welcome Gifts- All newly accepted ambassadors gain access to our exclusive Starter Package, designed to help you begin your promotional journey with ASPYR in the most impactful way. This package is not free — but as part of the program, ambassadors receive 20% off any items across our store to build a kit that fits their style and aligns with their content. This special offer is only available to newly onboarded members.

This starter purchase allows you to

  • Build trust with your audience by showcasing real use

Important:
While it is not required to make a purchase to remain in the ambassador program, we highly recommend claiming your starter package for the most effective promotion.
We also provide a full set of fair-use media content (images, videos, captions) within the Ambassador Portal if you prefer to promote without making a purchase.If you do choose to claim your starter package:
