Processing and Shipping
All in-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We ask that you double-check your shipping address and item details before completing checkout. While we’ll always do our best to assist, cancellations are not guaranteed once your order is confirmed.
Please note:
We do not combine shipments for multiple orders.
Items listed as a "pre-order" do not follow the standard 3-5 business days for fulfillment and shipping. For more information on the processing time and shipping for pre-orders, please view our shipping policy.
We advise you to make a separate order if you plan to purchase both an in-stock item and a pre-order item. However, we do offer the ability for you to reach out to request a split order. Please contact our customer service department for more information.
Shipping times will vary depending on the method selected at checkout.
We currently offer USPS First Class and UPS for domestic orders and UPS and DHL for international shipping.
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in New York.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows “label created” with no movement, this typically means the package is still being processed or hasn’t yet received a carrier scan. This can happen occasionally and usually updates within a few days. If no movement occurs after 5 business days, email us at aspyrathleticwear@gmail.com.
Missing Packages
Once an order is handed off to USPS, UPS, or DHL, we no longer have control over the shipment. We can only see the same tracking info that you do.
If your package is lost during transit, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. ASPYR is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, have tags attached, and be in original condition.
Pre-order items are not eligible for an immediate return, cancellation, or exchange. Once pre-orders are delivered, we offer a 10-day window where you can request an exchange or return. All items must be unworn, unwashed, have tags attached, and be in original condition.

Please note: International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Drop Day and Post-Drop Week
We are unable to cancel, change sizes/products, or change shipping addresses once your order has been placed within 72 hours of drop days due to the high volume of orders.
If you need any details of your order changed, please wait for your order to be delivered and then file a return/exchange.
