Shipping Policy

We appreciate your patronage and understanding of our intricate production process. At ASPYR Athletic Wear, we take pride in offering a curated selection of products, some of which are pre-ordered to ensure exceptional quality.

Select items will be in stock, which will clearly be stated in the product description. Other items are pre-orders, which follow the "NEW PRODUCTION POLICY: Pre-Order Shipping Policy." Please allow for an estimated 3-5 days after order placement for in-stock items to ship. (Fulfillment time may take longer than expected during new drops.)

Shipping On Pre-Orders

Shipping times for pre-orders will depend on the method of shipment you select at checkout. Please note that pre-orders won't be shipped until we can confirm the product is ready for shipment (3-6 weeks estimated). Express shipping on pre-orders will not be accounted for until after the product is fulfilled and ready to ship.


NEW PRODUCTION POLICY: March 2025–Present
Pre-Order Shipping Policy

All pre-order items will be explicitly indicated on the product page. These items are in-stock blanks that are queued in the printing process. Please allow for an estimated 3-6 weeks after placing your order to allow for the printing process to complete. Please note that this timeframe is not guaranteed; production time will depend on many variables such as product demand, holidays, transit and customs delays, etc. For updates for your pre-order, please reach out to our customer service department. 

After printing is complete, shipping can take up to 7 days for the order to be fulfilled; shipping times will depend on the shipping provider purchased at checkout.

If you purchased both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, you are eligible for a split order request. Please be sure to reach out to our customer service department if you meet this criteria and would like to request a split order. 

Express shipping paid on pre-order items is put into effect once your order is cleared for fulfillment. If you paid express shipping on a pre-order item and have purchased multiple items that are in stock, you may reach out regarding a split order to receive your product. Or you can choose to refund your express shipment payment for store credit; the express payment will be subtracted from the standard shipping option listed for pre-orders, and you will be issued the difference in store credit if you choose to proceed with this method.

Please note that if you choose to purchase your items without "CUSTOMER +" care, you will be expected to pay the remaining balance of shipping for your split order. (Split orders are only eligible for buyers within the.).

If you are a fully approved brand ambassador and purchased multiple products from our brand, you are eligible to request a split order for your in stock products to begin your promotion and journey with ASPYR.
