This guide is long. But that’s because it's only for those of you who are genuinely serious about building a name, establishing a platform, and growing together with our brand. And if you follow and implement the steps listed in this blueprint correctly, this opportunity will put you on the path to do just that.


 


 

PHASE 1: Our Foundations — Understanding the Program


Before you make your first sale or post your first piece of content, you need to understand what you’re joining.


ASPYR isn’t just your other typical gym brand.


Yes, our brand was built and is still driven by disciplined individuals who are always grinding to accomplish their goals and dreams no matter the cost. But we're also here to serve as a crutch to help you along your journey. 


To make what may seem impossible a reality. 


This program is designed for individuals who want more than just a title. It’s for those of you aiming to become official brand ambassadors or sponsored athletes through real work and dedication.

 


 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:


No, you don’t need to be “influencer famous” or even have a large follower count.


We look for those of you who are disciplined, eager to learn, ready to grow, and are serious about this opportunity.

 


 

Application Details


As part of your application, we’ll ask for the following:


-Custom Creator Code - Choose something personal or memorable to represent your collaboration with ASPYR. It will be used to track your commissions and referrals if you are approved.



-About Yourself - A summary about you. Who you are, what drives you, and why you want to represent ASPYR.



-Current Social Media Status - Your current content platforms or goals, whether you have a following now or are just star ting to build one.



-Reason for Applying Let us know your main reason for applying to our program. What drives you, and why do you want to grow with us?


-Why Choose You? — Tell us why we should select you as a newly accepted ambassador for the brand and what you would bring to the movement.

*Every application submitted is personally reviewed by our team, and approval into the program is not guaranteed. We consider your intent, effort, background, and potential, not just your current numbers, in our decision.*


 


 

UPON APPROVAL INTO THE PROGRAM

 

If you're approved, you're automatically brought in as an ASPYR Ambassador [Tier 3]. 

As a newly approved Ambassador for the brand, you will receive access to:


-10% paid commission on referral orders. (Redeemable through PayPal or Store Credit)



-Tiered ranking system with real opportunities for growth, gear, and potential sponsorships with the brand.


-Exclusive discounted starter kits and free marketing tools, branded media, to support you during your promotion.


-Early access to new drops, exclusive Items, and reward opportunities based on consistency and performance.



From there, it’s on you to earn your next rank.

Tier 3 — ASPYR Brand Ambassador


10% commission on all referral sales generated (PayPal must be 18+ or Store Credit)

Early access to drops & exclusive items 

Exclusive starter pack kits, free media, and resources


*Your account will be automatically upgraded to this tier after 10 approved referral orders.*


Tier 2 — ASPYR Athlete 


12% commission on all referral sales generated (PayPal or Store Credit)

 Complimentary item request from our store. (contact support team)

 Potentially Eligible for recurring complimentary items based on consistent performance and growth


Tier 1 — Sponsored ASPYR Athlete [Invitation Only]


If you have shown consistent and exceptional growth and performance in the program, a member of our team may contact you personally to discuss potential sponsorships with ASPYR.


Full specific details regarding commission, contracts, and payment for sponsorships with ASPYR remain undisclosed and vary based on your performance, analytics, data, social presence, etc.


*Please note that sponsorships with our brand are not something that can be requested. We will personally contact you if we feel you fit our criteria and eligibility.*

PHASE 2: Establishing Your Social Presence - Setting The Foundations


Anyone can upload a video online. But not everyone does so with the right intent to build an online lasting social presence and a loyal and trusted community.


To grow, you need more than just content. You need direction, consistency, quality, and a clear reason why people should care. 



FINDING YOUR NICHE:


This is your anchor. 


What are you providing your audience? What about that adds value? Pick one primary lane and dominate it.


Here are just some of the many examples for aspiring fitness creators:


Athlete Lifestyle - Provide an authentic experience to your audience of what being an ASPYR Athlete is all about. 


Promotional/ Training - Show off your latest gear from the brand in your workouts, provide your audience with a feeling of what it feels like to rep the brand.


Aesthetics/ Physique - Provide your audience with a feeling of motivation, and inspiratiopn by motivating them to achieve an end goal similar to what you’ve already achieved with hard work in the gym.

 

Mental Toughness/ Discipline - Providing your audience with daily doses of motivation 


Lifting Tips and Advice - Providing information to your audience to help aid them on their fitness journey

PHASE 3: Creating Engaging Content That Converts- Mastering Content Creation


Posting content isn’t about just getting lucky with a post and "going viral." 


There's a proven method, and it’s about grabbing your audience's attention, keeping them hooked, building authority, and generating trust at scale.


Your main goal when creating content should be to build an authentic and trusted audience. You achieve this by posting genuine content that is worth your viewers' time. 


Once you establish that initial connection, your next goal needs to create omnipresence with your followers, you want them to be familiar with your account so they can say “I’ve seen this guy’s videos like 5 times now. I feel like I already know him.”

 


 

Step 1. The Hook – You Have 3 Seconds.

The first three seconds of your video are everything. It’s the difference between someone clicking off or watching to the very end.

A great hook can include one or more of the following:

A Hook text should appear on screen INSTANTLY, and be in the form of either bold typography. Sound FX, visual movement, and captions increase retention.
