MADE TO ORDER
Made-to-Order Production Time:
Due to high demand and the time required to produce our high-end pieces, this item is currently listed as made to order. These items will take an estimated 3–8 weeks to complete production (or sooner). Updates on made-to-order items are sent via email every 2 weeks.
Please note that this timeframe is an estimate based on our standard production timeline. External factors such as holidays, shipping/customs delays, or manufacturing issues may impact this schedule. If any delays occur, we will notify you via email.
Made-to-order items will be marked as “Made to Order” under the product size tab on the product page for easy identification during checkout.

Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges on Made-to-Order Items:
Made-to-order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation until they have been completed and delivered to the customer’s listed shipping address. This is because each piece is already in production at the time of purchase.
Once delivered, we offer a 10-day window for returns or size exchanges, provided the item meets the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact

Items with signs of wear, stains, hair, odors, or missing tags will not pass inspection and will be returned to the sender

A 10% restocking fee may apply if original packaging is missing or damaged
If the item does not pass inspection, we reserve the right to deny your request for a refund. In this case, the item will be shipped back to your address. Inspections typically take 15–20 business days once your item arrives at our warehouse (this applies to both in-stock and made-to-order items).
Split Orders (Stocked Items + Made-to-Order Items):
We recommend placing separate orders if you are purchasing both in-stock and made-to-order items to ensure faster delivery of in-stock pieces.
However, customers enrolled in Customer+ may request a split shipment for orders containing both stocked and made-to-order items. To request this, please contact our support team at support@aspyrathleticwear.com. If you are not enrolled in Customer+, a shipping fee will apply for split order requests.
Shipping for Made-to-Order Items:
Shipping times are based on the method you select at checkout; however, please note that made-to-order items will not ship until they are ready (estimated 3–8 weeks). Express shipping options apply after production is complete and the item is ready for fulfillment.
