Refund & Return Policy

At ASPYR, our pieces are crafted with intention and held to a high standard. To protect product quality and fairness to all customers, we follow the policy below.

Sale Items

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for discounted, clearance, or promotion-priced items—regardless of Customer+ status.

Eligibility (Customer+ Orders – U.S. Only)

We offer returns and size exchanges only for domestic (U.S.) orders that included Customer+ at checkout:

  • Window: Requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

  • How to start: Email support@aspyrathleticwear.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

  • Inspection: Items showing wear, stains, hair, odors, or missing tags will not pass inspection and will be returned to you.

  • Restocking: A 10% restocking fee may apply if original packaging is missing or damaged.

  • Timing: Inspection typically takes 15–20 business days from the date your item arrives at our warehouse.

  • Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued for item value only (shipping costs non-refundable).

  • Exchanges: Approved exchanges ship at no charge for Customer+ orders.

Non-Customer+ & International Orders

  • Non-Customer+ (any region): All items are final sale and not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

  • International orders: Not eligible for refund, return, or exchange (including with Customer+).

Pre-Orders (and In-Stock Orders)

  • No immediate cancellations. Orders (including in-stock and pre-orders) cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Pre-order items become eligible for return/exchange only after delivery and only if the order included Customer+ (U.S. only) and all eligibility conditions above are met.

If an item does not pass inspection, we reserve the right to deny the request and return the product to your shipping address.

Out-of-Stock Items (When a Return/Exchange Is Approved)

If your requested exchange item is out of stock, and your request is eligible under Customer+, you may:

  • Exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, or

  • Receive a refund of the item value (shipping excluded).
