Pre-Order Production Time:
Due to high demand, the production for this item is currently listed as a pre-order and will take an estimated 3-6 weeks to complete production (OR SOONER). Pre-order updates are sent out every 2 weeks via email.
Please note that this timeframe is just an estimate for our standard production time for pre-orders. Many external factors, such as holidays, shipping/customs delays, and manufacturing issues, are possible reasons for delays. If for any reason we are experiencing any delays in orders, we will contact you via email.

Pre-Order Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges:
Pre-orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges until the product is delivered to the listed shipping address of the customer. Once delivered, we offer a 10-day return and exchange window where you can reach out to request a return or a size exchange. Please note, to qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Returns that show signs of wear, have stains, hair, odors, or are missing tags will not pass inspection and will be sent back to you.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply if the original packaging is missing or damaged.
Please note that if the item does not pass inspection, we reserve the right to deny your request for a refund; in this instance, the item will be shipped back to your shipping address. Inspection can range from 15 to 20 business days from when your item arrives at our warehouse. (In stock and Pre-Orders)
Pre-order items are not eligible for immediate cancellation.
Split Orders (Stocked Items + Pre-Orders)
We recommend you place a separate order if you plan to purchase both a stocked item and a pre-order item to ensure the fastest delivery of your order.
We do, however, offer the ability for our customers to request a split order for purchases that include both a stocked item and a pre-order item. Please contact our support team at aspyrathleticwear@gmail.com to request a split order on your purchase.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Due to high demand and to ensure each product is crafted to our quality standards, pre-order items are made-to-order. Please refer to our shipping policy for pre-orders and further information. Items listed as pre-order will be listed below the product size chart.
*Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks of production time prior to shipping. and fulfillment (3-6 week estimated fulfillment).

Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery for domestic orders.
All claims must be submitted via email before sending any item back. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — with all tags attached and packaging intact.

- All orders are not eligible for an immediate cancellation (including in-stock orders and pre-orders). Once the order is completed and delivered, you can reach out to request a return or exchange.
If your return passes inspection, you’ll receive a refund for the item’s value (excluding shipping costs), or if you’re requesting an exchange, we’ll ship your replacement item free of charge if you have purchased (Customer +) with your order. Orders requesting an exchange/refund/return without (Customer +) will be sent a payment invoice for shipping. This applies to pre-orders and in-stock items.

Out-of-Stock Items
If your item is no longer in stock, you may:
- Exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value
- Or request a full refund for the original item
