Pre-Order Policy

Due to high demand and the time required to produce our premium pieces, this item is currently listed as available for pre-order. These items will take an estimated 3–8 weeks to complete production (or sooner). Updates on pre-order items are sent via email every 2 weeks.

Please note that this timeframe is an estimate based on our standard production timeline. External factors such as holidays, shipping/customs delays, or manufacturing issues may impact this schedule. If any delays occur, we will notify you via email.

Pre-order items will be clearly marked as “Pre-Order” under the product size tab on the product page for easy identification during checkout.

Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges on Pre-Order Items

Without Customer+: Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

With Customer+ (U.S. orders only): Customers who purchase Customer+ at checkout are eligible for refunds or size exchanges once the item has been delivered, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Items with signs of wear, stains, hair, odors, or missing tags will not pass inspection and will be returned to the sender.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply if original packaging is missing or damaged.
  • If the item does not pass inspection, we reserve the right to deny your request for a refund. In this case, the item will be shipped back to your address.
  • Inspection and processing typically take 15–20 business days once your item arrives at our warehouse.

Split Orders (Stocked Items + Pre-Order Items)

We recommend placing separate orders if you are purchasing both in-stock and pre-order items to ensure faster delivery of stocked pieces.

Customers enrolled in Customer+ (U.S. only) may request a split shipment at no additional charge.

Customers without Customer+ may still request a split shipment; however, a shipping fee will apply.

Shipping for Pre-Order Items

Shipping times are based on the method you select at checkout; however, pre-order items will not ship until production is complete (estimated 3–8 weeks). Express shipping options apply only once production is finished and the item is ready for fulfillment.
