Effortlessly enhance your workout gear by adding our compression liners to your athletic shorts. Here's how:

1. Inside the shorts, locate the extension with a button.
2. Thread the extension through the loop holes on the compression liner.
3. Fasten the shorts by securing the button.

Washing:

1. Before washing, turn your athletic shorts inside out.
2. Use cold water to preserve the color and elasticity of the fabric.
3. Choose a gentle cycle on your washing machine to prevent wear and tear.
4. Use a mild detergent to avoid damaging the fabric's performance properties.
5. To prevent snags, avoid washing the shorts with items that have sharp zippers or hooks.
6. After washing, promptly remove the shorts from the machine.

Drying:

1. For air drying, lay your training shorts flat on a clean surface to retain their shape.
2. If using a dryer, set it to a low heat or tumble dry setting.
3. To prevent overheating, avoid high heat settings which may affect the elastine fibers.
4. Consider using a mesh laundry bag to protect the shorts from potential friction in the dryer.
5. Promptly remove the shorts from the dryer to minimize wrinkles and maintain their fit.
